Every Oviss home is acquired, designed and built by the same team, from the first walkthrough of a site, to the day the keys change hands. Nothing is handed off, and nothing is hurried along to suit a schedule.

That way of working shapes what we take on. We would rather spend a year getting the light right in one house than spread ourselves thin across five, and we're patient enough to hold a home back until it's ready.

For us, luxury has never had much to do with expensive stone. It's a house that works beautifully on an ordinary Tuesday morning, not just on the day you show it to friends.
